By provincial standards, this particular wetland has not been classified as significant, meaning it doesn't reach the scoring threshold in a series of classifications to have it qualified as such. If it did meet the score of 600 (it reached 509), then no development would be allowed on the property. In fact, none of individual categories met the scoring threshold, a report to council indicated.
